Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Aftaab Siddiqui ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the Splashy Sketchpad application for macOS ("the App") and our website.
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.
Splashy Sketchpad is designed to be a completely offline, local application. Any artwork, drawings, or text you create within the App are saved locally on your device or to whichever cloud storage solution you manually choose to save your files (e.g., iCloud Drive, Dropbox). We do not have access to your creations.
Because the App is distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store, Apple handles all payment processing and distribution. Apple may collect telemetry, crash reports, and sales data as part of their standard App Store operations. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle your data.
We do not integrate any third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks within the App.
If you choose to contact us via email for support, we will use your email address solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We will not use your email address for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
